The first single to be taken from the album is ‘Surf Solar’, the powerful but mesmerizing opening track from ‘Tarot Sport’. It displays an attitude of emotional urgency and striving that is prevalent in a lot of Fuck Buttons’ music. Hung puts it like this; “Without a conscious effort, this track acts as a bridge between ‘Street Horrrsing’ and ‘Tarot Sport’….it has an emotion attached to it that is unique to us: one of anxiety. It’s an urgent track”. As always, Fuck Buttons remain faithful to the idea of hope as an inspiration.
